Recon Fit is a results-driven program utilizing a military-style format.The program involves circuit training, calisthenics (a series of exercises used to develop strength, power and balance), plyometrics (high intensity training techniques used to develop athletic power, strength and speed), military style drills, medicine ball training and self-defense. Jumping from one thing to the next, new routine, new exercises = no boredom which is key in staying motivated.
The program works because we understand that people are motivated in different aspects of training. Some people are motivated by measuring improvements, others by setting a goal from the start and achieving it, while others may depend on the encouragement and support of others. |
